Client must provide suitable working environment (safe). A level concrete area is preferred. Covered and out of the elements. Electricity.

Horse must be well mannered and disciplined. If the horse can not stand for the services neither can I.

I ask that a owner abide by a regular shoeing cycle (6 weeks). If the horse is very overdue, additional fees may apply.

We do not work on the weekends unless it it prearranged.

Horse's feet and legs should be fairly clean and dry.

If your horse is energetic, you should consider lungeing them before we arrive.

We try to avoid shoeing around feeding time.

If you have a mare with a foal, please restrain the foal while we are working.

All services must be paid in full at time services are rendered.

$30 fee for returned checks. we can also accept payment via PayPal (credit cards). Please inquire for this info.

If your horse has lost a shoe or has a loose shoe, please call and we will try to work you into the schedule as quickly as possible.

All veterinary expenses are the clients responsibility.
